Refund policy

At PostureAssist, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or circumstances where the product is no longer wanted.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at enquiries@postureassistfootrest.com and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, provide a repair, replacement, or refund. 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law. 

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Return Shipping

If a return is required due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
