Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia wide.

Shipping is free for Australian orders.

Estimated delivery times

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or peak periods.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering.

PostureAssist is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in locating the shipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus photos of the item and packaging.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through the website. If you would like to enquire about shipping outside Australia, please contact us before ordering.
